Have questions?

Question 1

None of the packages suit me. Can you offer tailored fee?
Absolutely! If you want to add more services or remove some of them, please contact us and we will give you the tailored quote. For example, we do not include the bookkeeping as part of any fixed fee package as this is something where the average number and complexity of transactions need to be reviewed before giving the quote. We appreciate that as a small business you may want to keep your accounting fees as low as possible, and we offer free guidance on the bookkeeping to our clients who choose to do the bookkeeping themselves. For the businesses that struggle with time and prefer us to take care of this routine work, we add bookkeeping fees on top of the chosen package.

Question 2

Will I be tied into a contract?
We will have 12 months contract, which you can cancel by giving 3 months’ notice. In 12 month, if you decide to renew the contract, your notice period will go down to only one month.

Question 3

Will I get any extra charges?
This is where SmallBiz Accountancy differ from many traditional accounting firms that may charge the clients for every minute spent on phone. You will get one hour per month for free for clarifying any accounting or taxation issue not covered by your package, which for the majority of our clients are more than enough. Furthermore, we understand that some of the clients may have no questions at all during several months, and then the month with many personal issues when they may seek our help. Then we give more free hours to compensate the months where no extra time was used.
